All agreements between creators and brands are made independently.

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Platform

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.

5. Payments and Transactions

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Crearo may charge platform fees or commissions (if applicable)
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

We are not liable for payment failures, delays, or disputes caused by third-party processors.

6. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload
• By posting content, you grant Crearo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it for Platform-related purposes
• You must have the rights to any content you upload

Crearo’s branding, logo, and software are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

7. Content and Conduct

We may review, monitor, or remove content that:

• Violates these Terms
• Is illegal or harmful
• Impacts user safety or platform integrity

However, we are not obligated to monitor all user activity.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Crearo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
